I aim to have all ready-to-order orders shipped each Monday. However, I am a one woman show and will do my best communicate with you if there are any major delays.

I am so excited to paint for you! Here are the things you need to know about commission orders…
Please have a look at the style of my work. Consider wether it resonates with you and you can imagine your idea painted by me :)
Get in touch! Let’s chat about your idea and have a look through any refrence photos. At this point I will let you know if I can confidently take on your commission.
Please allow a minimum of a one month time frame for your commission to be complete (pre shipping). If I am not able to fulfil this, I will let you know now!
One we have agreed on an idea, I will sketch up a (very) rough illustration for you to consider. Please get back to me within a week with any feedback. A maximum of 2 redos can be done at this point. Please remember the more we redraw, the longer the time frame of your commission will be pushed out.
Once we have agreed on a design, I will take a 50% deposit and begin drawing.
Before adding any pen to paper, I will send you a photo of your work in progress. Here you are able to suggest a maximum of two minor changes to the piece.
Once we have come to our final drawing. I will begin to paint! Once pen and paint are added to paper, I am unable to make changes to your artwork. Please be 1000% sure you are happy :)
Upon completion, you will need to send me the final 50% of your payment, plus the shipping costs (if not local delivery) and I will send you your painting! Hooray!

Please give me a minimum of a month from the receiving your deposit for commissions to be completed and then shipped. Where a commission will take longer, I will discuss this with you before taking on the work to make sure we have agreed on a practical timeline. The more time you give me for commissions, the better :)

I currently do not refund or exchange artworks for change of mind purchases.
Please contact me if the item you have received has come damaged or there is a problem with your order to discuss refund and exchange.
Please note that due to the nature of commissions being custom works, these will not be refunded or exchanged once completed. If for any reason you are unhappy with your finished piece, please reach out.
